By accessing or using HOST360 services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions, you must not use our services.
HOST360 provides cloud infrastructure services including but not limited to GPU computing, public cloud instances, managed private cloud, baremetal servers, storage solutions, and related services.
You must register for an account to use our services. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information updated.
HOST360 guarantees 99.99% uptime for all production services. Service credits will be issued for any downtime exceeding the guaranteed threshold.
You agree to pay all fees associated with your use of HOST360 services. Fees are billed monthly unless otherwise agreed upon. Late payments may result in service suspension after a 7-day grace period.
You agree not to use HOST360 services for any unlawful purpose, to distribute malware, to engage in cryptocurrency mining without authorization, or to infringe upon intellectual property rights.
HOST360 will handle your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of all data you upload to our services.
HOST360's total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the services during the 12 months preceding the claim.
Either party may terminate the service agreement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, you will have 30 days to export your data.
HOST360 reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. We will provide 30 days notice for material changes.
